why I do this

It started with claims.

I stumbled into insurance through claims work, and what I saw there stayed with me. People did not know what their coverage actually covered. When a loss hit, they found out the hard way that nobody had ever sat down and explained it to them.

So I made it my mission to be that person. I became an agent to provide the education and guidance people need to make sound, informed decisions. It is the reason I am still doing this, and it shapes every conversation I have with a client.

Yes, the cow is intentional. Yes, I love it. And no, it is not just a mascot. Everything I love about the Highland cow is something you would want in an insurance agent.

I am based at 329 Indianapolis Rd in Mooresville. You do not have to come to the office, but the option is always real and I want you to know it. When the work calls for it, I come to you.
