I stumbled into insurance through claims work, and what I saw there stayed with me. People did not know what their coverage actually covered. When a loss hit, they found out the hard way that nobody had ever sat down and explained it to them.
So I made it my mission to be that person. I became an agent to provide the education and guidance people need to make sound, informed decisions. It is the reason I am still doing this, and it shapes every conversation I have with a client.
